Angeliki Kerasidou

Angeliki Kerasidou is a Senior Researcher in Bioethics at the Wellcome Centre for Ethics and Humanities and the Ethox Centre, University of Oxford.

Angeliki’s academic background is in philosophy and theology. Her current research focuses on ethical issues that arise from the introduction of new technologies to, and the effect of socio-economic changes on, global health research and clinical practice.

Angeliki teaches Research Ethics and Integrity, and Medical Ethics and Law. She is the Vice-Chair of the International Agency for Cancer Research Independent Ethics Committee (IARC IEC), a member of the Central University Research Ethics Committee (CUREC) and the Director of the Caroline Miles and Andrew Markus Scholarship Schemes, The Ethox Centre.
